Lady Saints Fall at UNC Pembroke in PBC Action

PEMBROKE, NC – The North Georgia women’s tennis team picked up a pair of victories in doubles and singles Monday afternoon, but came up short in a bid to pick of their first victory of the season, falling 5-4 at UNC Pembroke in Peach Belt Conference action.

Meredith Cash and Ashley Marie Jordan picked up an 8-3 victory, while Katherine Harrison and Mallory Perloff came away with an 8-4 win in doubles action.

In singles play, Cash was at it again, defeating Meredith Pierson 6-1, 4-6, 6-3 to claim victory, while Harrison came away with a 6-3, 6-3 win over Christian Minnick.
