10th-Ranked Lakers Shutout Lady Saints 7-0

MORROW, GA – North Georgia College & State University fell 7-0 in a rain-shortened match Thursday afternoon at 10th-ranked Clayton State University, dropping all six singles matches, while the Lakers came out on top in the only completed doubles match.

North Georgia falls to 3-13 overall and 0-6 in the Peach Belt Conference, while Clayton State improves to 9-3 overall and 6-1 in the league.

The Lady Saints league match at USC Aiken on Saturday afternoon has been cancelled due to thunderstorms moving through the area and a makeup date has been set for April 11, at 2:00 p.m.
