Request should be made 24 hours before the desired event to be guaranteed consideration. In most cases, credentials will be left at will call, but can be mailed upon request.

Working members of the media who plan to cover North Georgia athletics on the road should make credential requests through the sports information office of the host institution.

MEDIA GUIDES: 2008 North Georgia Media Guides are been specifically designed to aid members of the media covering the Saints and Lady Saints.  We appreciate your coverage and if there is anything we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to contact the sports information office. The athletic department has certain policies and procedures that we ask for you to abide by while covering North Georgia Athletics.  These are for the benefit of your needs and those of the student-athletes and coaches.  We ask that you please respect these requests in order to create a good working atmosphere for all parties involved.

GAME NOTES: A set of game notes regarding North Georgia Athletics is generally made available 24 hours before each contest. A copy of these notes will be placed on the North Georgia website and will be available on site upon request.

PARKING: Game day media parking is available in a media-designated lot. Parking credentials should be requested at the same time game-day working credentials are requested.

POSTGAME SERVICES: Play-by-play, final statistics, and a quotes sheet will be available approximately 10-15 minutes after the conclusion of each game. Postgame interviews will be conducted 15 minutes after the conclusion of each contest in the appointed media room.

PRACTICES:
Practices are open to the media with several guidelines that we ask you to to strictly adhere to. Media members must obtain permission to video or photograph practice in advance. Media may not listen to or be in the area of any pre- or post-practice talks between coaches, players, and personnel. These comments, if overheard, are off the record. Players and coaches may not be approached during practice. Reporters may ask the sports information staff about injuries, but all interviews with training staff, coaches, and players must be done following practice. Photographers are welcome to shoot practice, but must not interfere with practice in any way.

INTERVIEWS:
All interviews with players and coaches must be arranged through the sports information office. North Georgia head coaches are generally accessible to members of the media and the best time to reach them is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in their offices which are located in Memorial Hall.  Please notify the sports information office before stopping by to interview players or coaches.
